Part-Time Client Liaison (Remote)
SEN Providers & Homeschool Network (SEMCAS)

SEMCAS is expanding and launching two new websites for our SEN providers and homeschooling network. We’re looking for a reliable, organised client liaison to help manage both platforms and support families.

The role:

1. Work from home, part-time

2. Manage two websites (WordPress experience desirable but not mandatory, basic training provided)

3. Book and manage calls with families and prospective leads

4. Support communication around EHCPs, EOTAS and Local Authorities

5. Manage emails and WhatsApp messages

Hours & pay:

1. Starting at 5 hours per week, increasing to 10–15 hours after probation
2. £16.50 per hour, with regular pay increases
3. Potential for a full-time role if the startup grows as planned (likely within ~2 years)

Suited to someone organised, calm, and comfortable dealing with parents, schools, and councils.
