6. Inclusive Practice

 

We ensure equality by:

7. Preventing Discrimination

All incidents or concerns must be reported and will be investigated promptly.

 

8. Complaints

 

Anyone who believes they have experienced discrimination may raise a complaint through the organisation’s Complaints Procedure.

Complaints will be handled seriously, impartially and without disadvantage to the complainant.
